We are based on Lordship Lane inside Oru Space, right at the top of East Dulwich near Goose Green. It is a vibrant neighbourhood filled with independent shops, brilliant bakeries, and calm local spots, making it a lovely area to explore before or after your facial.

• Arrival: Please arrive right at your scheduled appointment time rather than early. Take a moment to unwind in the seating area at the top of the stairs, and I will meet you there at your scheduled appointment time.

• Guests: Please note that we cannot accommodate extra guests or companions in the studio.

Please arrive with clean skin where possible, especially eye makeup. If you are wearing makeup when you arrive, there is no need to worry. We will simply spend the first few minutes gently removing this at the beginning of your treatment.

Because your facial muscles connect directly into your scalp, a generous scalp massage is a core part of every session. We can keep this product-free upon request.

Yes, but timing is important. Please wait at least one week after receiving anti-wrinkle injections (Botox) and at least two weeks after dermal fillers before booking a facial. This ensures the injectables have fully settled before we perform deep manual release, lymphatic drainage, or gua sha.

Come exactly as you are. Soft is built on skin health and barrier restoration, not harsh stripping or painful extractions. Treatments are tailored on the day using fragrance-free, hypoallergenic care and soothing cold therapy to calm inflammation and support your skin’s natural healing.

At Soft, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to protect the unhurried nature of the client appointment following yours.

Wear whatever feels most comfortable for you on the day. You will be asked to remove upper-body clothing and slip under a soft blanket for your treatment, but you will remain fully covered and warm throughout your session.

Yes. To ensure your session is completely safe, every client completes a simple health and contraindication checklist prior to their appointment. If you believe you have a medical condition, skin infection, or recent cosmetic treatment that may affect your care, please reach out prior to booking so we can discuss the best approach for you.

There is no on-site parking at the studio, but free and pay-and-display parking is available on surrounding residential roads. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk over.

While the ground floor of Oru Space has step-free access from the street, our private treatment room is located on the upper floor, accessible via 30 stairs. There is no lift in the building. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor.
