About Soft

Soft is a quiet, restorative studio in South East London where you can drop your shoulders, release your jaw, and give yourself space to rest.

Understanding first-hand the toll of fast-paced environments, sensory overload, and hormonal shifts, I designed Soft as the unhurried sanctuary I once needed. Dedicated specifically to women, trans, and non-binary people, it is a space where skilled facial release meets science-backed vagus nerve rest.

Built on CIDESCO skin therapy training, I pair a deep understanding of facial structure and skilled manual work with an intentional, plant-based approach. Every product on my shelf has been carefully chosen with standard-setting integrity, featuring high-performance, B Corp certified, UK female-founded formulations from Evolve Organic Beauty and By Sarah to nourish and protect even the most sensitive skin barriers.

Here, you will never be rushed, and you never have to perform, mask, or explain yourself. Whatever state your skin, body, or spirit is in today, you are invited to come exactly as you are.

Location & Hours

Soft is housed inside Oru Space in East Dulwich, a beautiful light-filled building centred around conscious living and community.

20-22 Lordship Lane, London, SE22 8HN

Tuesday 2pm - 8pm

Wednesday 8am - 1:30pm

Every second Saturday 10am - 6pm


On Arrival

Please arrive at your appointment time rather than early. Take a moment to unwind in the seating area at the top of the stairs, and I will meet you there at your scheduled appointment time.

Please note that we cannot accommodate extra guests or companions in the studio. 

Accessibility Note

Please note that the treatment room is situated up 30 stairs, and there is unfortunately no lift access within the building. An accessible secondary studio is planned for 2027. If you have any mobility concerns or questions before booking, please reach out so we can discuss how best to support you.

  • Train: Closest stations are East Dulwich & Peckham Rye

  • Bus: Routes 37, 40, 42, 176, 185, & P13

  • Parking: Free street parking is available on selected surrounding residential roads off Lordship Lane

  • Cycling: Dedicated cycle racks are located along Lordship Lane
